This policy explains how Plexo Institute uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies. The current public site is designed to keep this lightweight and operational rather than advertising-driven.

The site may store essential preferences and state in the browser, including theme choice, reader preferences, navigation cache, sidebar or reading state, mobile recent search, signup metadata, welcome state, icon settings, feature preview state, and authentication/session state for account workflows. This storage keeps the site usable and does not exist to build advertising profiles.

Supabase auth may store session and authentication state in the browser when account workflows are used. If a visitor blocks essential storage, login, account, preview, or session-based features may not work correctly.

Plexo Institute may use Umami analytics when enabled to understand page performance, traffic patterns, broken routes, and which public materials are useful. Analytics should be treated as aggregate product feedback, not as a basis for selling visitor data.

Cloudflare may process technical request data as CDN, security, and proxy infrastructure. Cloudflare behavior may include bot, abuse, network, caching, or security signals that help operate and protect the site.

Share buttons may add UTM parameters to links so Plexo can understand which public materials are being circulated. These parameters travel in the URL and can be removed by the visitor before sharing.

Visitors can use browser settings to clear local data, block cookies, or restrict tracking technologies. Blocking essential storage may affect theme, navigation, login, and account-workflow behavior.

Plexo Institute does not currently use this public site for third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral advertising profiles. If that changes, the policy and visitor controls should be updated before the new behavior ships.
