Plexo Institute publishes research, explainers, market intelligence, data references, diagrams, and product or partner materials about stablecoins, cross-border payments, regulatory infrastructure, and transaction infrastructure.

By using the public site, you agree to use it lawfully, respect Plexo intellectual property, preserve attribution where reuse is allowed, and avoid interfering with the security or operation of the site.

Public site content is provided for informational and research purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, investment, tax, compliance, or professional advice.

Nothing on the public site is an offer, solicitation, quote, onboarding commitment, corridor commitment, eligibility decision, regulatory approval, investment recommendation, or promise to provide any product or service.

Plexo Inc. does not offer regulated financial services through this public site. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, public materials should not be read as a representation that Plexo Inc. holds a VASP, payment institution, money transmission, banking, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or equivalent regulated financial license.

Product and partner materials may describe Plexo as a technology, compliance-orchestration, and marketplace platform operator. In Phase 1 partner materials, Plexo is outside the money flow.

Plexo Inc. does not custody, hold, receive, transmit, transfer, clear, settle, or execute transfers of fiat, stablecoins, or other assets. Stablecoin movement, where described, is direct between participating financial institutions. Fiat delivery, where described, is performed by the relevant destination financial institution through its own infrastructure.

Plexo assessments, validations, and evidence artifacts are platform and compliance-orchestration outputs. They are not endorsements, certifications, legal advice, regulatory advice, payment execution, settlement instructions, or guarantees of any counterparty, transaction, corridor, price, rate, timing, liquidity, or compliance outcome.

Partner institutions remain independent and responsible for their own clients, diligence, regulatory obligations, offers, rates, custody, transfers, settlement, and delivery.

Any pricing examples, fee references, timelines, corridor references, partner references, or commercial descriptions on the public site are indicative only unless they appear in a signed written agreement.

Plexo platform or assessment fees, where described, should be understood as fees for technology, compliance-orchestration, data validation, marketplace coordination, or related platform services. They are not fees for moving funds and should not be read as deductions from transferred funds unless a written agreement reviewed by counsel states otherwise.

Unless a page says otherwise, limited quoting, linking, reference, and editorial reuse of public Plexo Institute materials is allowed when attribution is preserved.

Reuse should keep the canonical link where practical, preserve visible Plexo marks or watermarks on diagrams and images, and state that Plexo is the source and author. Do not use Plexo names, logos, marks, or materials in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or approval without written permission.

Plexo allows search indexing and AI discovery or retrieval uses that respect attribution, canonical links, watermarks where present, robots signals, rate limits, and these Terms.

Bulk extraction, database replication, resale, removal of attribution, misleading source presentation, or use that substitutes for the Plexo site or a separately licensed data product requires written permission.

Plexo works to keep public research and data useful, but public records, regulations, market facts, and source materials can be incomplete, delayed, superseded, or interpreted differently by authorities.

You are responsible for checking primary sources and obtaining qualified advice before making legal, regulatory, financial, investment, tax, compliance, operational, or commercial decisions.

If you send Plexo a message, correction, request, feedback, or other material through the public site, you are responsible for having the right to share it.

Do not send sensitive third-party information through public contact channels unless Plexo has asked for it through an appropriate written agreement or controlled workflow.

Plexo may update, remove, suspend, redirect, or change public site content at any time. Third-party links and source references are provided for context and do not mean Plexo controls or endorses the third-party site, source, product, or organization.

The public site is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, to the extent permitted by applicable law and unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
