Editorial independence
Plexo Institute content is produced to help readers understand market structure, regulatory context, and infrastructure design. Editorial judgments should be based on sources, evidence, analysis, and clear separation between public research and commercial materials.
Partner, product, or commercial pages should be labeled and should not be presented as independent third-party research.
Source hierarchy
Primary regulators, official registries, laws, rules, and government publications are preferred when available.
Issuer disclosures, network documentation, court records, company filings, and public technical documentation may be used where relevant.
Reputable secondary sources may support context, but important decisions should be checked against primary sources.
Editorial analysis should be separated from source facts, projections, and product positioning.
Corrections and updates
Plexo may update public pages when source data changes, an error is found, a claim needs more context, or a page becomes stale.
Correction requests can be sent to [email protected] with the page URL, the disputed statement, the proposed correction, and supporting source links. Plexo may decide whether and how to update a page based on the evidence and editorial judgment.
Dates, uncertainty, and limitations
Dates such as "last updated" or "last reviewed" describe Plexo editorial or data-review activity. They do not mean a page is complete, current in every jurisdiction, or fit for a regulated decision.
When facts are uncertain, source records conflict, or market positions are changing, Plexo should use cautious language and avoid presenting estimates as final facts.
Partner and sponsored material
Partner or product materials should be distinguishable from editorial explainers and public research. Commercial statements, corridor references, pricing examples, timelines, and eligibility references are indicative unless set out in a written agreement.
